1. Definitions

• "Add-on" or "Service" refers to the Imua Nui Gmail Add-on and related services
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using our Service
• "Content" refers to email data, templates, and other information processed by our Service
• "Account" refers to your registered user account with Imua Nui

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Imua Nui Gmail Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on solely for your legitimate business purposes, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your email content and business data
• Imua Nui, LLC owns all rights to the Add-on software, algorithms, and related intellectual property
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Gmail policies
• Not use the Service to send spam or malicious content

6. Subscription Terms & Payments

• Currently in beta. Pricing will be announced before General Availability launch
• We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with advance notice

7. Termination

• By You: Cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@imuanui.ai
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations with reasonable notice
• Effect: Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee specified uptime. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims under $1,000 which may be resolved in small claims court.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
